How many licenses would I need to purchase; How much does it cost? |

You would need to purchase a license for each computer you plan to have it installed on. The price for a license starts at $595.00. This will get you the program with one year of updates. After that year you will be able to continue to use the program but the updates will stop and you will have to purchase another year of updates, which start at $329.00. Multi-license discount are availble for both software and updates.

IP LegalForm® Pro-Net Update Service is available to all users of IP LegalForm Pro-Net software.
The software is updated monthly. USPTO fee schedules and forms containing pre-programmed fee calculations are typically updated in September. Each update includes new and modified forms. You can subscribe to our update service online, by fax or by telephone.

It runs on Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7. It will run on both 32 and 64 bit opersating systems. |

How do I install the software to a network server? |
|
Best practice is to install IP LegalForm Pro-Net locally on each PC. Once the program has been installed, you can set the data path to any location you wish, including a network drive. |
